Will the repair be visible?

PDR aims to restore the panel shape while preserving its finish. The result depends on dent depth, shape and location, as well as metal and paint condition. We assess the achievable result first and check the finished surface under dedicated lighting.

Can a dent on a bodyline or near an edge be repaired?

These areas need individual assessment: depth, metal stretching and tool access matter. A bodyline alone does not determine suitability. Send an overall panel photo and an angled close-up so the technician can assess PDR options.

What if the paint is damaged or the panel was repainted?

Please tell us when requesting an estimate. PDR reshapes metal but does not repair paint chips or cracks. Previous refinishing also affects the choice of method. We inspect the panel and explain whether repainting can be avoided.

How long does the repair take?

Typical estimates: a small dent 30–60 minutes, several dents 2–4 hours, hail damage 1–2 days. Difficult access and creases can take longer. We agree the timing for your vehicle before work begins.

Does the car need to be dismantled?

It depends on the dent location. Access behind a panel may require removing trim or other obstructing parts. Glue pulling from outside is an option in suitable cases. We agree any necessary dismantling beforehand.

Can the dent come back?

A correctly repaired panel keeps its restored shape: this is not a temporary disguise. A new impact can create a new dent. If you have a question about the repair afterwards, contact the studio that carried out the work.

Which photos should I send?

An overall view of the panel, a close-up of the dent and an angled photo showing reflections. Daylight without filters works best. Include the make and model, and mention paint damage or previous repairs. If depth or access is unclear, we will offer a free inspection.

Should I book ahead?

Yes, it is best to arrange a visit first. Message your preferred studio on WhatsApp or call: the manager will confirm inspection times and technician availability. Small dents can sometimes be seen the same day.
