Before your visit
The work can include seats, carpets, door cards, headliner, boot and plastic details. We agree the specific areas, stain treatment and extra work before starting. The scope of work is the same for all three price categories; these are not three different packages. More soiling means a higher price, and pet hair also affects the cost. We agree the final price after assessing the interior, before work begins.
Timing depends on the size and condition of the interior, its materials and the agreed work. After assessment, we give an estimated collection time that includes drying. Allow the interior to dry fully before using it.
That depends on what caused the stain, its age and the material. We assess difficult areas before starting and choose a method, but cannot guarantee complete removal of every stain.
Cleaning and removing the source of contamination can reduce odours. Understanding the cause comes first: treatment alone may not be enough if the source remains. Ozone treatment is assessed separately when needed.
No. It is a separate service from 70 GEL. Ozone treatment does not replace removing dirt. We assess whether it is needed and agree the price separately for your situation.
We clean fabric, leather and Alcantara with a method suited to the material and its condition. We assess upholstery and details first. Tell us about previous repairs, recolouring and products already used on a stain. Cleaning does not restore worn fibres or a damaged finish.
Cleaning tackles dirt; it does not repair the material. Cracks, damaged coatings or colour loss may require separate restoration. An inspection helps identify the right task.
You can send an overview of the interior and close-ups of problem areas to your preferred studio on WhatsApp. Photos help with an initial estimate; final terms are agreed after assessing the car. Photos are optional — you can book a free inspection directly.
