To remove a smell from your car, first locate its source. Note where it is strongest and when it appears: all the time, after rain, after carrying pets or when the air conditioning starts. Spills, tobacco residue, wet carpet and ventilation problems need different responses. An air freshener adds another scent; ozone treatment does not remove physical dirt.
Remove rubbish and lift out removable mats. Check accessible areas under the seats and in the boot without dismantling seats, trim or electrical parts. Think about recent spills, pet trips, rain, leaks or a change of owner. Describe that history when contacting a studio: it gives more useful information than asking to refresh the air.

Tobacco odour may accompany residue on several materials; pet odour may accompany hair, moisture or upholstery marks. One treatment does not suit every surface: fabric, leather, plastic and headliner need compatible care. Read the guides to a smoker's cabin and pet hair removal.
If a drink reached seat padding or the area beneath the carpet, the visible stain may be only part of the problem. Do not soak the upholstery or attack it with an aggressive product. Assess the material and penetration first. The fabric stain guide explains what to consider before inspection.
Wet carpet needs the cause of moisture addressed, not just the air treated. Visible mould or persistent dampness calls for assessment of affected materials and the water source; a weaker smell does not prove the problem is resolved. A smell that appears only with ventilation calls for a separate system check. Filter replacement and ventilation repairs are not automatically included in interior cleaning.
After assessing the source, you can discuss additional odour treatment. Ozone can react with some odour-causing substances, but it does not remove hair, dirt or spilled liquid from upholstery or repair a leak. No result can be guaranteed for every smell. There is no rule that a smell automatically calls for ozone or a full interior clean. Contamination calls for suitable cleaning; a technical cause calls for the appropriate repair. Ozone treatment takes place without people or animals present. Treatment and ventilation time cannot be chosen from one universal number.

More soiling means a higher price, and pet hair also affects the cost. We agree the final price after assessing the interior, before work begins. The separate odour-removal and ozone service costs 70 ₾; it is not automatically included in cleaning or prescribed to every smoker or pet owner.
