Interior cleaning after winter: according to condition

After winter trips, assess dirt, marks, pet hair, moisture and odour. If ordinary cleaning is insufficient, discuss interior cleaning. Spring is a useful checkpoint, but the calendar does not make the full process compulsory for every vehicle.

Rinse loose dirt off first rather than rubbing it across a dry surface. Choose cleaning products for the material and follow vehicle, film or coating instructions on jet distance, film-edge care and drying.

Glass and headlights before winter trips

Before winter trips, inspect the glass and the cleanliness and condition of wipers. Scratches or marks affecting visibility need an assessment of cause and treatment options; polishing cannot remove every defect. Do I need ceramic coating if I already have PPF?
